Please note that this right is subject to our legal retention obligations — data we are required to keep by law or operating licence condition cannot be erased before the applicable retention period expires.
Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data you have disputed is being verified.
Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity and is carried out by automated means, you may request that your personal data be provided to you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

                No Charge for Routine Requests: ajo86 does not charge a fee for processing routine data rights requests. However, where a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request, in accordance with applicable law.
              

12 Protection of Minors

The ajo86 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the Account registration and KYC process.

If ajo86 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and permanently close the associated Account. Any funds deposited by an underage individual will be returned via the original payment method, net of any bonuses claimed.

Parents and guardians of minors are strongly encouraged to install parental control and content filtering software on devices that may be accessed by individuals under the age of 21. Recommended tools include those offered by major device manufacturers and internet service providers available in Indonesia.

13 International Data Transfers

ajo86 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. This means that your personal data may be transferred to, stored on, and processed by servers and personnel located in jurisdictions outside Indonesia.
