Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ajo86 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Member", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at ajo86.pro and its associated subdomains. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ajo86 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia;
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. ajo86 enforces a strict minimum age policy in accordance with the responsible gaming standards applicable to its international operating licence. No individual under the age of 21 may create an Account or place any wager;
3. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of ajo86 or any of its affiliated entities;
6. You must not have a previously self-excluded Account or an Account that was closed by ajo86 for cause.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the ajo86 Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, all Accounts may be suspended and all associated balances — including winnings — may be forfeited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify ajo86 promptly of any changes.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ajo86 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify ajo86 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. KYC Verification: ajo86 may at any time require you to submit identity documents including a copy of your national ID (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and, where relevant, proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
5. Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Use of your Account by any other person is prohibited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ajo86 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

1. Accepted Payment Methods: ajo86 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the time of transaction.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
3. Deposit Processing: Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited within minutes of confirmation. ajo86 accepts no liability for delays attributable to the sending institution, network congestion, or public holidays observed by Indonesian banks.
4. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
5. Withdrawal Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Idul Adha), or where additional verification is required.
6. Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account holder name used for the corresponding deposit, unless ajo86 has explicitly approved an alternative arrangement in writing.
7. Source of Funds: ajo86 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account. Funds originating from unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the Account concerned will be permanently closed.
8. Currency: All transactions, balances, and bonus amounts are expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). ajo86 does not offer multi-currency Accounts.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ajo86 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which are supplemented by any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to real-money Indonesian resident Members only.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
3. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games, poker, and sportsbook wagers may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds that have not been wagered through within 14 calendar days of being credited (unless a different period is stated) will be automatically forfeited, with no cash equivalent payable.
5. Maximum Bet Restriction: While active Bonus Funds remain in your balance, the maximum permitted single wager is Rp 200.000 per bet, spin, or hand. Wagers exceeding this limit placed while Bonus Funds are active may be voided and the associated Bonus Funds forfeited.
6. Abuse and Fraud: ajo86 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has abused a promotion, exploited an error in bonus calculation, engaged in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other conduct that ajo86 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
7. Modification and Withdrawal: ajo86 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members will not be entitled to compensation for any modification of an ongoing promotion, except in respect of Bonus Funds already credited to their Account.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ajo86 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or financial transaction;
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any assumed identity;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exchange hand information in real time, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorized by ajo86;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage; any winnings attributable to a known exploit will be voided;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Members' Accounts, ajo86's backend systems, or any network infrastructure;
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful;
• Circumventing any geolocation restrictions, self-exclusion controls, deposit limits, or other responsible gaming tools implemented by ajo86.

07 Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property on the ajo86 Platform — including but not limited to the ajo86 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and data compilations — is either owned by ajo86 or licensed to ajo86 by its respective rights holders. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any such Intellectual Property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works based on Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ajo86.

08 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by ajo86 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with its terms.

ajo86 retains Member account data, transaction records, and communication logs for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with its international operating licence obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. Data is processed and stored on servers secured by 256-bit SSL encryption. ajo86 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

09 Responsible Gaming

ajo86 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all Members free of charge from within the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to a deposit limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with optional automatic logout on expiry.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ajo86, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, however caused and on any theory of liability;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows and force majeure events;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game outcomes displayed, or promotional materials, provided that material errors are corrected promptly upon discovery;
• Any loss attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your Account login credentials;
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, Indonesian banking infrastructure, or network failures outside ajo86's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ajo86's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lower.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected], provided that your Account has no outstanding pending withdrawals, active bonus wagering, or unresolved disputes. ajo86 will return any verified real-money Balance to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days of receiving a valid account closure request.

ajo86 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, and to void outstanding bets and forfeit any Balance, without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Discovery that you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria in Section 2;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• A regulatory directive or court order requiring suspension or closure of the Account.

12 Amendments

ajo86 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ajo86 will notify active Members via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ajo86 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

ajo86 acknowledges that its Members are primarily residents of Indonesia. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory consumer protection rights available to Indonesian residents under applicable Indonesian law. For informal dispute resolution, Members are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance before initiating any formal proceeding.
